Star Wars - The Phantom Freezer Mystery



How it works:

As May the 4th also know as 'May the Force' approaches, you need to discover who froze Jar Jar Binks in carbonite, on what ship & near which planet? Collect an entry form from any cafe, restaurant or food outlet in Union Road. Then walk the street to find clues to tick 3 answers, fill in their details & drop their entry in the R2D2 themed box outside the library to win great prizes!


To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following entry options during the Promotional


Period:

A) Collect an entry card

B) Make 3 choices on the card

C) Fill the entry cards with contact details and submit into the entry box

D) Only correct entries can win


There is a subscription mechanism to approve receipt of marketing from the Union Road Traders Association.


The Competition runs from:

23rd April - 4th May 2022*

*Entries must be in mailbox before 10am on May 4th 2022

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule).

  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt online.

  3. Only valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. Only entries that correctly identify who put Jar Jar Binks in Carbonite, on which ship and near which planet will be deemed correct and eligible for prizes.

  4. Draw:

    1. a) The draw will take place at in Union Road Ascot Vale Victoria, Australia at 4:00 pm AEST on 04/05/2022.

      1. i) The first (1) valid entries drawn will win the prize specified as Option 1 in the Schedule above.

      2. j) The next two (160) valid entries drawn will each win the prize specified as Option 2 in the Schedule above.


  1. b) The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. If there are not enough valid entries for the prize draw, the remaining prizes will be forfeited.

  2. c) The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request, subject to government restrictions due to COVID-19 and social distancing laws. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
